PixelHost is committed to providing services directly related to the Internet and IT solutions sector.
Terms
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between PixelHost and the user of our products and services ("You" or "Client"). By accessing or using our products and services, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our products and services. PixelHost reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and it is your responsibility to review this Agreement for any changes. Your continued use of our products and services after any changes to this Agreement are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Refund Policy
PixelHost offers a 24-hour refund policy upon placing your order. To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the refund. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days. Once the refund is issued, you will not be able to purchase any product from us for 3 days to prevent potential abuse. No refunds will be granted if the request is made after the 24-hour refund period, and it does not apply to recurring invoices.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty
PixelHost is not responsible for any data loss that may occur. Although we perform regular off-site backups to protect your data, we recommend that you also back up your own data. It is your responsibility to ensure the protection of your data. PixelHost will not be responsible for the protection or privacy of any content transmitted through any ISP and/or services that our users may use.
Legal Rights
PixelHost reserves the right to deny service to any individual or entity for any reason. If you have any legal concerns, please contact mail@pixelhost.pro
Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree to comply with all laws and refrain from any illegal or abusive activity, including but not limited to:
- DDoS
- Port scanning
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Brute force attacks
- Operating Tor exit nodes on our systems
- Intentionally disrupting PixelHost’s network or harming our clients
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if we determine that your service is being used for any of the aforementioned activities.
Chargebacks
Any chargeback or reversed transaction on your invoices will result in the immediate cancellation of your account and a ban from using our services.
Cancellations and Suspensions
If payment is not received within 48 hours of invoice issuance, the service will be suspended. Following suspension, a 10% late fee will be added to the invoice. If payment is not received within one week of the invoice issuance, your files and service will be deleted from our system.
Your Data
PixelHost is not responsible for the content that clients store on our systems. If we detect any illegal material, abusive software, or stolen content on our systems, we reserve the right to terminate the service without prior notice. In such cases, we are not obligated to offer a refund.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
SERVICES PROVIDED BY PIXELHOST ARE OFFERED "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE." PIXELHOST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PIXELHOOST BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF PIXELHOST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF PIXELHOST’S SERVICE TO THE CLIENT IS INTERRUPTED OR MALFUNCTIONS FOR ANY REASON, PIXELHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE DUE TO THE INTERRUPTION OR MALFUNCTION DURING THE PERIOD OF INTERRUPTION OR MALFUNCTION.
